OK, my son has a book about who would prevail in a head to head match up between a hornet and a wasp – who knew?  Apparently there are people who study such things and my dear son, no doubt, hopes to one day get that sweet gig.  But anyway, drumroll……..Hornet wins!  Has to do with its size and aggressiveness so says the book.

We snapped this picture of a Hornet nest under the front porch of a recent customer.

So, now that we have established that Hornets are superior to Wasps,  I want to say that I have been stung by both, and both hurt.  Why put up with stinging pests living rent free under your front porch?  Our pressure washing service will knock down the nests and clean the area.  One less thing to worry about.
