• Termite inspection
• Change air filters (several times a year)
• Replace batteries in smoke detectors
• Clean under the refrigerator
• Replace water filter in refrigerator
• Clean-out your gutters and downspouts
• Lubricate garage door rollers and spring
• Trim shrubs
• Replace mulch/pine straw
• Inspect your crawlspace and vapor barrier
