There are a lot of two story houses in the Jacksonville, North Carolina area with more being build everyday.  No matter what size your home, Heritage recommends that everyone consider getting their house washed every 12 to 18 months.  Mold, dirt, pollen, grime on windows, not to mention environmental contaminants such as carbon emissions and so forth can really build up on the exterior of your home over the course of 12 months.

Doing it yourself (DIY) is an option, but we caution people against it because it’s pretty easy to mess something up with a pressure washer (especially on a 2 story).

We have many pictures, taken right here in the Jacksonville area, of properties that have been damaged by improper  pressure washing.  Also, those little pressure washers sold at Lowe’s and Home Depot are not really even designed to wash your house – they’re better suited for washing the under carriage of your truck.
